Nutrition and diet is a very personal journey for many people. The reasons for seeking a healthier you is probably different others.

And what many people don't realize is that nutrition is just more than the food and drink you consume on a daily basis. We take a look at the whole body and it's habits. From sleep, to exercise, to food, we look at it all.

The most frustrating part for most of us, is the results. "Why am I losing a ton of weight, not losing enough, why have I lost a ton and now I am not losing much else." The journey is long and not something where you see overnight results.
